What we collect
Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and anything you write in a message when you fill out a form on this site, request a showing, ask a question, download a guide, or create an account to save homes and searches.
Information collected automatically: standard visit data such as your browser type, device, the pages you view, and the website you came from. We use cookies and similar tools to collect this, including Google Analytics.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your questions, follow up on requests you make, send the home alerts and guides you ask for, and show you homes that match your search. We also use visit data to understand how the site is used and to improve it.
Calls and text messages
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Your consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying or selling a home.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run the site and respond to you, and only as needed for that purpose. These include our website platform (Placester), our customer relationship management service (Follow Up Boss), our form service (Jotform), Google Analytics, and Hamilwood Realty, the brokerage I work under. We may also share information when the law requires it.
Listing data
Home listings on this site come from the Oklahoma MLS through an IDX data feed. That data is provided for consumers' personal, non-commercial use.
Cookies and your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well if you do. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link in any message. To stop texts, reply STOP.
Keeping your information safe
We use reasonable steps to protect your information. No website or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your requests
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email rcfietzhomes@gmail.com or call (405) 621-3697, and we will respond.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date above.
